About the Role

As Academic Manager, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional educational experience to our students. You will work closely with the summer management team to ensure that all aspects of the academic program are delivered to the highest standard.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to schedule classes, manage a team, and set up and run graduation ceremonies. You will also be responsible for coordinating the admin required for these events.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional educational experience to our students.
  • Schedule all classes, including students and rooms, using our computer systems.
  • Manage a team of educators.
  • Set up and run graduation ceremonies, as well as coordinate the admin required for these.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a CELTA/TESOL.
  • Strong leadership skills with some management/team leading experience required.
  • English fluency and excellent communication skills.
  • All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references.
