Exceptional Care Home Nurse Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a state-of-the-art care home in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess residents' needs and develop personalized care plans to enhance their quality of life.
  • Oversee medicine management, ensuring medications are stored and administered safely and in accordance with company policies.
  • Promote a cohesive team approach and a welcoming atmosphere, supporting staff members to deliver exceptional care.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to achieve key targets and maintain high standards of nursing care.
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Experience in nursing, with a passion for delivering person-centred care.
  • Up-to-date with clinical practices and evidence of continual professional development.
