You will also be responsible for leading a small team, developing and implementing strategies to maximize discounts through tenders and leveraging in-year improvements. Additionally, you will ensure that all fleet-related supply chains have full business continuity planning in place to protect product continuity.

- Licence Compliance: Ensures fleet processes comply with legal requirements for safe and legal fleet operation (e.g., RFL, Insurance Database).
- Budget and Forecast Development: Works closely with the Finance Business Partner to develop the annual in-life fleet budget and forecasts.
- Supply Chain Continuity: Ensures the in-life related supply chain has full Business Continuity Planning (BCP) to protect product continuity.
- Franchisee Commitments: Delivers on regulatory commitments for franchisees.
- Fleet Policy Management: Supports the management of fleet policies and literature provided to driving instructors and franchisees.
- SMR Program Development: Collaborates with group resources to build a world-class Service, Maintenance, and Repair (SMR) program and utilises integrated telematics for accurate fault reporting and establishes a robust "loss of use" process.
- Technology Ownership: Owns technology integration within driving school vehicles (e.g., embedded or retro-fit systems).
- Process Refinement: Refines administrative processes related to mileage charges, parking fines, vehicle management, and SMR.
- Franchisee Management: Ensures every franchisee is managed in life from a fleet perspective in line with their franchise agreement.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
