Recruitment Team Leader Opportunity

TeacherActive is a leading provider of supply teachers and teaching support staff in the UK, with a reputation for great quality and service. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Team Leader in our Birmingham office due to continued growth.

As a Recruitment Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and inspiring a team of dedicated Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers to hit their targets.

The duties of the Recruitment Team Leader include:

  1. Recruiting excellent teaching and learning support professionals for schools across your designated geographical area.
  2. Marketing, to generate an ongoing healthy pipeline of candidates and clients, using a combination of both traditional and digital methods.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  4. Reflecting on your own performance to continually improve your knowledge, skills and development.
