Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Jobwise Ltd. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.
About the Role:
- Manage HR administration duties in the office, including completing starter and leaver administration, updating training plans, and maintaining holiday entitlement records.
- Arrange occupational health appointments, annual calibration of equipment, and DBS checks.
- Organize long service awards and complete retirement paperwork for employees.
- Maintain sickness records, update attendance bonus administration, and take notes at meetings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar HR Administrator role, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- CIPD level 3 qualification is beneficial but not essential.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
