Heartwood Inns, a multi-award-winning hospitality group, is seeking an experienced cook to join their fantastic kitchen team as a Chef de Partie. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to develop your skills and take the next step in your culinary career.
As a Chef de Partie at Heartwood Inns, you will have the opportunity to work with fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce fabulous dishes. You will be part of a real team player environment, where you will be able to learn classical French cooking techniques and develop yourself and your dishes with guidance from our Chefs.
The ideal candidate should have a desire to cook with fresh and seasonal ingredients, be able to learn classical French cooking techniques, and have great attention to detail and impeccable standards across the kitchen. They should also be flexible, eager to develop themselves and their dishes, and have excellent communication skills.
