Job Title: Removals Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at RELOcruitment, a leading European relocation specialist in the UK. Our company is renowned for its exceptional service and expertise in relocation, shipping, and air transport.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into clients, working closely with customers to understand their relocation needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries, transforming them into sales opportunities.
  • Liaise with customers to identify their relocation needs, including UK house moves, European shared load moves, and international shipping.
  • Take ownership of customer moves, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any queries or issues until the move is complete.
  • Record customer details and move information on our in-house systems.
  • Organize surveys or record customer inventories to tailor moves to their requirements and budget.
  • Liaise with colleagues and contractors to discuss client options and unusual requests.
  • Liaise with our Surveyors to confirm move details.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Removals/Relocation industry or a related sector, with sales experience being more relevant.
  • Comfortable working in a sales/target-driven environment.
  • Ability to work a staggered day pattern, covering 8 hours between 07:00 and 18:00, and one Saturday in four.
  • Excellent telephone manner, strong PC skills, and excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Team player with the ability to work under your own initiative.
