Located in High Wycombe, GB, Tetra Pak is a leading food processing and packaging solutions provider.

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our professional team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will deliver top-notch services to our customers, ensuring their equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance services on Tetra Pak equipment
  • Executing hands-on preventative and corrective maintenance activities to maximize system performance
  • Troubleshooting and fault-finding services on site and by telephone
  • Conducting production supervision and training of customer personnel on Tetra Pak equipment

You will be expected to travel extensively within the UK and occasionally abroad, with valid driving license required. A strong command of English skills is essential for effective communication with customers.

A successful candidate should possess:

  • Technical educational background and relevant technical experience for at least 3 years, including mechanical and basic electrical experience
  • Strong mechanical experience will be an advantage, particularly in processing and packaging knowledge
  • Experience in the food industry is beneficial

A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum is available, depending on experience. We also offer market-competitive benefits, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for development and training in a global landscape.
