Marstep Resourcing Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls to prospective clients, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through effective communication and needs analysis. They will also build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 with OTE of £35,000+, as well as a hybrid working model that allows for a flexible work-life balance. Our comprehensive training and development programs will help you grow and achieve your career goals.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and needs analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Present and explain the benefits of our services in a clear and compelling manner
- Generate warm leads and qualify them to an opportunity to close and sign up to our service
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to satisfied client
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
