Ad-hoc Field Merchandising Specialist

Job Summary: As a Field Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' merchandising initiatives and fostering strong relationships with Store and Department Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize store visits within your assigned territory to efficiently schedule and execute merchandising initiatives.
- Attend mandatory training sessions (both online and field-based) to continuously learn and improve your skills.
- Cultivate positive connections with key in-store contacts to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Work in grocery environments that may require movement of large shelves and fixtures, as well as packing out cases of various grocery products.
- Be comfortable with occasional travel within your territory (up to 60 minutes) and have a valid driver's license.
- Be tech-savvy and proficient in using mobile devices to capture quality work photos.
