About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our bank team on a flexible basis. As a Bank RMN, you will have the opportunity to work at Cygnet Hospital Godden Green, our female Acute and PICU service, providing specialist care to women.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality written reports based on nursing assessments and observations.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
  • Attend all training and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to further knowledge and promote nursing excellence.
  • Ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines, collectively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medicines within healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines.

Requirements
  • An experienced RMN/RNLD with a current Pin Number.
