Arts Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Arts Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Papertrail. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a brand new play that captures women's stories about crime, justice and childcare.
The play explores the impact of maternal imprisonment on Welsh women and families, raising important questions about what happens to kids caught up in this situation. We are looking for someone with experience in arts engagement who can help us reach new audiences and build relationships with local communities.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a creative process from start to finish, working closely with the writer and production team to develop a powerful and thought-provoking piece of theatre. The successful candidate will also have the chance to coordinate workshops and other events that promote social cohesion and community engagement.
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
