About the Role

As a seasoned construction professional, you will have the opportunity to take on a leadership position and oversee all aspects of planning, scheduling, building, and installations for high-value contracts. This role requires guiding a team of construction experts, maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialist construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and develop the construction team with a clear vision and strategic direction.
  • Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Conduct quality inspections and audits, manage stock, and implement remedial actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven track record in large-scale project delivery.
  • Comprehensive understanding of CDM and traffic management regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary between £65,000 - £70,000 per annum.
  • An annual bonus of 16%.
