Service Care Recruit is looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Home Care Worker Specialist. As a domiciliary care provider, you will be responsible for delivering personalized support to elderly services users in their own homes.
Role Overview- Providing high-quality care to vulnerable adults
- Assisting with daily living tasks
- Managing medication and care plans
- Maintaining accurate records
To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience working with older adults, hold SSSC registration, and possess a valid PVG check. You will work autonomously and as part of a team to ensure excellent care delivery.
