About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Independent Quality Controller to join our Construction Team in Lancashire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance of all regulatory and warranty standards up to completion, conducting regular quality and compliance checks on site, monitoring subcontractors and site managers' performance, and educating and coaching departmental teams on build process best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular quality and compliance checks on site.
  • Monitor subcontractors and site managers' performance against set targets.
  • Educate, coach and advise Operating Company departments on all aspects of the build process.
  • Complete audited assessments of any workflow issues raised and formally report upon all findings.
What You'll Get
