We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements and professional development opportunities.

  1. Lead a high-performing team to drive compliance and risk control initiatives.
  2. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  3. Ensure all regulated UK companies are fully compliant with relevant rules and regulations.

  1. Proven track record of leading a high-performing team.
  2. Strong understanding of UK regulatory and AML framework for regulated businesses.
  3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong working relationship with regulators.
