Career Pathways Framework Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Career Pathways Framework Partner to join our Organisation Design and Change Team at Ulster University. This is a crucial role that will focus on designing and implementing a professional services framework to support non-academic staff in understanding their career opportunities and identifying development steps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of a career pathways framework that meets the needs of the University and its staff.
  • Provide specialist career pathways and development expertise to support staff in their career progression.
  • Take ownership of the specification, build, and implementation work for career pathways, ensuring they are aligned with performance and career development goals.
  • Work with key stakeholders to agree the scope of the career pathways work and ensure it complements existing initiatives.
  • Identify and collect existing career pathways data, and lead the development of future career pathways frameworks.
  • Design and oversee appropriate governance mechanisms to ensure the career pathways framework is effective and sustainable.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Organisation Design and Change function and support the delivery of the wider People and Culture operational plan.
