Career Pathways Framework Partner

Ulster University is seeking a highly skilled Career Pathways Framework Partner to join our Organisation Design and Change Team. This is a crucial role that will focus on designing and implementing a professional services framework to support non-academic staff in understanding their career opportunities and development steps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of a career pathways framework that meets the needs of the University and its staff.
  • Provide specialist career pathways and development expertise to support the growth of the Organisation Design and Change function.
  • Take ownership of the specification, build, and implementation work for career pathways, ensuring they complement performance and career development work.
  • Work with key stakeholders to agree the scope of the career pathways work and ensure it aligns with the wider People and Culture operational plan.
  • Identify and adopt leading practice and innovation in the area of career pathways to drive organisational success.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in career development, workforce planning, and organisational design.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful career pathways frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive organisational change.
