Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our accommodation services, including room allocations, guest check-ins, and check-outs.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure that our rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of new team members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to improve our accommodation services.
Requirements:
