Job Description

The Pay Operations Manager Lead will be responsible for managing the strategic development of WFM scheduling, task management and reporting systems and intranet. This role requires alignment with business objectives and offering insight to solutions that enable the achievement of all sales, profitability, customer experience and workforce management goals across the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading a team, delivering complex projects and understanding WFM, T&A and task management systems. They will also have problem-solving skills, data evaluation abilities and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

This role offers an estimated salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for technology and leadership, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
