About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team at PT Renewables, a leading partner in green energy solutions. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Construction, Manufacturing, or Engineering and possess excellent project management skills. With strong attention to detail and effective communication skills, you will be able to maintain accurate project logs, facilitate project kick-off meetings, and ensure seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project logs for Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) to expedite resolution.
  • Assist in project setup activities, including establishing project filing systems and loading commercial information onto ERP systems.
  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings and maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate procurement activities to ensure alignment with project schedules.
  • Handle client invoicing, variations, and project update reports, providing necessary documentation and evidence.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A degree in Construction, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
  • Proven experience in project management or engineering.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary Information
