Job Title: Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team at Starbucks - Bristol Airport. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, and pastries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.41, with an additional £1.20 per hour for working between midnight and 6am.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
