Prestigious Opportunity for End User Computing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced End User Computing Engineer to join our Digital Transformation team at a UK Market Leader. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a success story and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Server and Citrix environment, including digital desktop provision.
  • Oversee a multi-faceted role covering a wide range of systems and services, including Citrix, Print, Servers, and end-user experience.
  • Provide desktop and laptop imaging services, including standard builds.
  • Deliver, monitor, maintain, and support the Citrix environment, including print services, and serve as an escalation point for 2nd and 3rd Level support.
  • Participate in managing all elements of the infrastructure within the UK, including Cloud, Server, Applications, Integrations, network, communications, and security.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience supporting Citrix and Windows Desktop environments.
  • Citrix WEM, FSLogix, Remote access, VPNs, Windows Server (AD, GPO, PowerShell), Windows servers, including Hyper-V and VMWare, Cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS), Imaging (MDT, MCS), Windows driver management, Printers and print management, ITIL knowledge (change, problem, and incident management).
