Prestigious Opportunity with a UK Market Leader

We are seeking an experienced End User Computing Engineer to join our Digital Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Server and Citrix environment, ensuring a seamless end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Server and Citrix environment, including digital desktop provision.
  • Provide delivery, monitoring, maintenance, and support of the Citrix environment.
  • Escalate 2nd and 3rd Level support for the end-user desktop experience.
  • Manage all elements of the infrastructure within the UK, including Cloud, Server, Applications, Integrations, network, communications, and security.
  • Contribute to project work and BAU activities.
  • Travel to and from profit centres and other locations as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting Citrix and Windows Desktop environments.
  • Remote access, VPNs, Windows Server (AD / GPO / PowerShell).
  • Windows Servers, including Hyper-V and VMWare.
  • Familiarity with Cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Windows driver management.
  • ITIL knowledge including change, problem, and incident management.
