End User Computing Engineer

Prestigious opportunity with a UK Market Leader for an End User Computing Engineer to join our Digital Transformation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain the Server and Citrix environment, including all aspects of digital desktop provision.
  2. Provide delivery, monitoring, maintenance, and support of the Citrix environment that makes up the end user desktop experience (including print) while providing the escalation point for 2nd and 3rd Level support.
  3. Part of the team to manage all elements of the infrastructure within the UK, including but not limited to Cloud, Server, Applications, Integrations, network, communications, and security.
  4. Project work as well as Business As Usual (BAU).

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience supporting Citrix and Windows Desktop environments.
  2. Remote access, VPNs, Windows Server (AD, GPO, PowerShell).
  3. Windows servers, including Hyper-V and VMWare.
  4. Familiarity with Cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS).
  5. Windows driver management.
  6. ITIL knowledge including change, problem, and incident management.
