Key Responsibilities- Deliver weekly reports in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all costs are recorded accurately.
- Raise sales invoices and resolve any queries ahead of time to enable payment in line with agreed terms.
- Maintain accurate weekly time and attendance system records for both weekly and monthly paid staff, including all exceptions.
- Ensure all payroll deadlines are met, including statutory sick pay and pay deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience working in finance, ideally with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Ability to analyze, investigate, and problem-solve numerical information.
- A proactive, organized individual with the ability to prioritize a busy workload and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
