Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and accurate weekly reports, ensuring all costs are recorded accurately.
  • Raise sales invoices and resolve queries to enable payment in line with agreed terms.
  • Maintain accurate weekly time and attendance system records for both weekly and monthly paid staff, including all exceptions.
  • Ensure all payroll deadlines are met, including statutory sick pay and pay deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience working in finance, ideally with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to analyse, investigate and problem-solve numerical information.
  • A proactive, organised individual with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
