High-Value Project Manager

Engage Recruitment Ltd is looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value construction projects. With a strong background in construction project management, including expertise in managing both on-site and office-based operations, you will coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
The role requires a proven track record of managing projects of similar value (£10-30m), excellent knowledge of project planning tools, risk management, and construction processes, and valid SMSTS and relevant safety certifications. As the Construction Project Manager, you will also report regularly on project milestones, financial performance, and risk management to senior management.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £65,000 to £85,000 per annum, depending on their experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and career development opportunities to grow with our company.
