Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team at Contract Scotland.

About the Role
  • Support the senior project team in implementing the engineering strategy for the project.
  • Oversee materials, equipment, and labour within budget, ensuring their safe and efficient use on site.
  • Ensure all design details, procedures, and quality systems are effectively communicated.
  • Verify work quality, provide technical support, and ensure high standards across project teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engineering Support: Assist the senior project team in implementing the engineering strategy for the project.
  • Resource Management: Oversee materials, equipment, and labour within budget, ensuring their safe and efficient use on site.
  • Communication: Ensure all design details, procedures, and quality systems are effectively communicated.
  • Technical Guidance: Verify work quality, provide technical support, and ensure high standards across project teams.
  • Audits & Meetings: Conduct audits and lead regular meetings to highlight best practices, address safety issues, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers to support project success.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay current with trends and new technologies to maintain technical excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and coach team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
