Senior Conference & Events Co-ordinator

De Vere Tortworth Court is a hotel that offers a unique and memorable experience for guests. As a Senior Conference & Events Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating events that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert enquiries into bookings by showcasing the venue through showrounds and helping clients plan every detail of their event.
  • Work as part of a busy events planning team, effectively communicating client requirements to the operational team who will then run the events on the day.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their events are successful and exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of events, including client contact information, event details, and follow-up actions.
