Assistant Catering Manager Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Catering Manager to join our team at Chartwells - Independent. As a key member of our catering operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our kitchens and service counters, delivering exceptional food experiences, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the team and manager to exceed customer expectations
  • Motivate the team to maintain high standards
  • Assist with inventory management, budget monitoring, and implementing action plans
  • Manage tills and process payments
  • Support and train teams to excel in their roles
  • Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
Requirements:
  • Passion for exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience managing teams
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious and motivated individual
