About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Chartwells - Independent. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering and service teams, ensuring that we deliver exceptional food and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food to our clients
  • Supervise and train our culinary and service teams to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets
  • Represent Chartwells - Independent and maintain a positive brand image
  • Liaise with customers and our teams to ensure we exceed their expectations
  • Support and develop our teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their role
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of catering experience
  • Experience managing teams in a similar role
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
