We're seeking a highly motivated Retail Supervisor to join our thriving team and help us continue our legacy of excellence in the heart of rural Scotland.

As a key member of our country store team, you will work closely with our Store Manager to create an exceptional retail experience that exceeds customer expectations. This is an opportunity to become an integral part of a passionate team that serves the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire our sales team to achieve outstanding performance and deliver exceptional results.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and manage stock levels effectively.
  • Drive staff training and professional development to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Contribute to seamless daily operations and provide excellent customer service at all times.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Naturally friendly, engaging, and supremely confident with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable about farm, equine, and pet markets, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A collaborative team player with a professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.
  • Physically fit and ready for a hands-on role that requires flexibility and adaptability.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
