About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Chichester/Bognor rotation. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including acute mental health, inpatient rehabilitation, and community therapy teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for individuals with mental health needs
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic rehabilitation in people's homes and community settings
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans to support recovery and community participation
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

Person Specification

Essential

  • Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
  • Relevant experience in mental health or community settings

Desirable

  • Experience of working with individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Knowledge of assessment tools and treatment planning
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
