Job Title: Deputy Manager - Children's Home

About the Role:

As a Deputy Manager at Nurtured Talent International, you will play a vital role in the daily running of our children's home. You will assist the Registered Manager in staff management, budgets, and ensuring high standards of care. Your responsibilities will include supervising Team Leaders, ensuring compliance with safeguarding procedures, and supporting the development of staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Team Leaders and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures and care standards.
  • Support the development of staff and contribute to their training.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Team Leader in a residential children's home.
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People
