Regional Sales Negotiator Opportunity

Our client, a leading new build developer in the UK, is seeking a skilled Regional Sales Negotiator to join their team in the West Midlands. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the sales process
  • Conduct viewings and demonstrations of new homes, highlighting the features and benefits of each property
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and customer service teams, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of sales initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the new build market
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs
  • Highly organized and efficient, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
