Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at TJX Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and management of our in-house store facilities management system, Service Channel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the back end of Service Channel, implementing process improvements and answering user queries on the system.
- Update Service Channel with new store openings and closures.
- Support the delivery and development of Service Channel through our TJX road map for the system.
- Collaborate with Store Operations, Loss Prevention, Central Operations, Finance, and the wider Facilities and Estate teams to implement new features on Service Channel and support PO creation.
- Develop and run reports to highlight trends in issues across areas such as store cleaning and support decision-making processes.
- Assist in budget building and gathering costs from suppliers for UK and Ireland facilities management.
- Take ownership of the budget and order process for facilities management consumables across all stores in UK and Ireland.
- Arrange travel for the UK & Ireland facilities team and plan meetings.

Requirements:
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong systems skills, particularly Microsoft Office packages and Excel.
- Ability to monitor and evaluate vendor performance.
- Managing facility-related budgets experience is an advantage.
- Basic coding knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
