We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of facilities management, including procurement, maintenance, and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arranging regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems;
  • Operating and managing waste management processes and contracts;
  • Managing contracted housekeeping staff and coordinating with agencies;
  • Coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs;
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management operations, purchasing, vendor negotiations, and project management;
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software;
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000-£34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
