About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Hotel Manager to join our team at HandPicked Hotels. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth across our luxury country house hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing hotel team to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with our central teams to implement company-wide initiatives and drive consistency across our hotel portfolio.
  • Manage the hotel's P&L, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests, partners, and stakeholders to drive loyalty and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our hotels remain competitive and innovative.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Proven experience as a General Manager or Executive Hotel Manager in a luxury hotel environment.Excellent leadership and management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders.Up-to-date knowledge of hotel software, including Opera and Excel.
