The primary focus of this role is to drive lead generation for the team, supported by a generous bonus structure that rewards success based on return on investment. This position does not involve direct sales, as other team members will handle those tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the organization’s digital footprint, including social media channels, search engine optimization, and website management.
- Evaluate, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to achieve optimal results.
- Generate leads through various digital platforms, including social media and online advertising.
- Utilize the company’s customer relationship management system and execute targeted email marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the production of the company newsletter.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in enhancing sales through digital marketing strategies, encompassing SEO, website management, online advertising, and social media engagement.
- Experience with customer relationship management systems and executing focused email marketing campaigns to drive sales leads.
- Proficiency in managing a corporate website and its content.
- Experience in creating and curating content for a company newsletter or similar publication.
