Regional Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join our team at Grandir UK. As a key member of our Facilities department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of our nurseries and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day repairs and maintenance requests of all nurseries within the Grandir portfolio, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and operational budgets.
- Oversee statutory inspections and remedial works for all plant and equipment, ensuring that all facilities meet the required standards.
- Manage capital refurbishments and ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
- Visit nurseries regularly to ensure safe working environments, identify facilities issues, and review work carried out by contractors.
- Ensure that contractors are assessed and approved, with relevant due diligence carried out, including DBS checks and safe contractor schemes.

Requirements:- Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong background in maintenance and repairs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in facilities management.
