Service Management Specialist

Magdalene Limited is seeking a highly skilled Service Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Service Management Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service support to our customers, ensuring timely issue resolution, and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and manage customer requests, prioritizing tasks to meet SLAs
  • Provide regular updates to customers on fault progress and resolution
  • Coordinate with field engineers and network management teams to ensure end-to-end ownership
  • Meet SLAs within contracted timescales, controlling and directing field engineers and spares deliveries
  • Task and track work of Technical Support Services team, ensuring Planned Preventative Maintenance is complete
  • Provide ad-hoc reports to senior colleagues and customers, maintaining internal reports following engineer visits
  • Arrange and coordinate access for suppliers providing services
Requirements:
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a positive attitude to overcome obstacles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literacy, including Excel and Outlook, with enthusiasm for learning new products and systems
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
