About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated Valuation and Sales Executives to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for valuing properties and working closely with our sales negotiators to convert these properties into instructions. Your primary goal will be to achieve maximum market share in your area.

Salary Package

We offer a competitive basic salary of £22,500 per year, plus uncapped commission and profit share. This represents a significant earning potential, based on individual performance.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Visiting clients to value properties
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local stakeholders
  • Working closely with sales negotiators to convert properties into instructions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of experience in estate agency valuation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
