Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment in Telford. This full-time on-site role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and promoting company services.

About the Company

Our client is a Security Industry Authority (SIA) ACS approved provider of bespoke security services and solutions based in the Midlands, UK. They specialize in key-holding, CCTV and alarm installation, monitoring and response, mobile patrols, and manned guarding across all sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Promote company services and solutions
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM software

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the security industry and security services (desirable)
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
