The dedicated team at Invernevis House provides residential care for adults aged 65 and over. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who shares our values and behaviours. Experience is beneficial, but not necessary, as full training will be provided. The willingness to work towards a recognised qualification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to adults aged 65 and over in a residential setting.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment.

Working Hours:

NHS Scotland is reducing its full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part-time staff. You may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
