About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our Commercial Planning team, focusing on pricing, promotions, and forecasting. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with stakeholders to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project goals, collect and prepare data, build models, and share results.
  • Analyse data around pricing, promotions, and customer behaviour to inform pricing decisions.
  • Develop tools to optimise pricing strategies using regression and machine learning models.
  • Streamline pricing processes using Python, Databricks, and Power BI.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field (science or quantitative subject).
  • Strong skills in analytics and experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, Databricks.
  • Familiarity with pricing strategies and modelling.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
