Care and Support Worker

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is met.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals
- Deliver care that truly comes from the heart, ensuring our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality
- Get involved in general activities within the care home, promoting social interaction and engagement
