Job Summary:
The Salvation Army is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Training Programme Facilitator to join our team at Hadleigh Training Centre in Essex. As a Training Programme Facilitator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training activities for adults with additional support needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver training programmes that cater to the diverse needs of trainees, focusing on their strengths and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on trainee engagement and progression, providing feedback on existing strategies and suggesting improvements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a person-centred approach is embedded in all training activities.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, including health and safety, data protection, safeguarding, equality, and diversity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a learning environment, with a passion for delivering high-quality training programmes.
- Awareness of the barriers faced by adults with additional support needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and develop strong working relationships.
- Ability to identify and implement a range of approaches to meet individual trainee needs.
