We're seeking a dedicated Childhood Education Specialist to join our team in Islington. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to the growth of young children.

Responsibilities:

  • Support language development and communication skills in children
  • Foster positive behaviour and provide pastoral support when needed
  • Prepare engaging activities and ensure resources are used effectively
  • Provide regular feedback on children's progress and achievements to parents and carers
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Previous experience as an Early Years Practitioner in early childhood education settings
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification preferred

Salary Estimate: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum
