Catering Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee our catering and service operations for Chartwells on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and delivering exceptional food experiences.
Key responsibilities include preparing delicious food to the highest standards, supervising culinary and catering teams, communicating with line managers, and representing Compass Group UK&I. You'll also liaise between customers and our teams to exceed expectations and implement Health & Safety standards.
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, with a minimum of two years of catering experience and experience managing teams. They'll hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
